MAE Undergraduate Admissions
The Irwin and Joan Jacobs School of Engineering at UCSD comprises the Departments of Bioengineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, and Structural Engineering. The Jacobs School is directed by the Dean of Engineering. The departments offer seventeen undergraduate programs that fall into three categories, impacted, pre-major, and open major programs as well as many graduate degree programs. MAE's programs are all open majors.
